I worked as a level 5 Registered Financial Advisor in New Zealand for 12 years, coaching & training teams at a high level in sales. My teams & I were recognized around the world with sales volumes as well as high persistency percentage rates (keeping clients on the books)
After falling pregnant with my second daughter, I was looking for new ways of doing business. A way to create larger impact with my experience, expertise & qualifications in business. After really understanding what burn out felt like & the changes I had seen within myself & the way i was showing up in the home, relationships & business, I knew it was time for change & also time to start prioritizing my own well-being & healing.
I moved into Coaching online focusing on 3 main areas I believe is detrimental to ones growth, success, well-being & sustainability when it comes to business. These are Inner Wealth, Financial Wealth & Business Wealth, the 3 main areas of The Impact through Wealth Model.
As a mum of two (15 & 3) & a 11 year relationship with Aaron, I know that wealth plays a huge part not only in business & self, but our whole family & generations to come.

I mentor people at various levels & areas in business. Whether through online programs, retreats, workshops, events or private mentoring – the goal is to thrive in all areas of life & business.
My private mentoring supports women who are high functioning women in business who are ready & hungry for growths on all levels, including financial growth.
Alongside my team, we hold transformational 3 day, 2 night retreat that solely focus on The Inner Wealth of my business model, as well as Growth provoked retreats focusing on Financial Wealth & Business Wealth to focus on your expansion in business. These Retreats are currently in New Zealand & will be expanding around the world soon.

Impact is a word that diversifies the positive change.
It’s the source of wealth, changing patterns, both generational & within ourselves.
\Impact with education has the ability to change the whole way we do business & live, not only for ourselves but for our children & many generations to come.
Impact allows us to come at an angle in business with a different lense into how we implement & show up, so we lead in a high capacity which also reflects in sustainability.
However, sustainability is sometimes not crafted due to not being self-aware of the way we work. Whether that is over working, hustle & the worst…burning out, which sometimes doesn’t present itself until its too late. It means consistently hitting brick walls, having rung out nervous systems, unfulfillment & the list goes on.
Those who go through our Impact through wealth model basically become people who thrive in all areas of life & business. There’s a high level in their approach in leadership, growing teams. They have huge growth in the their financial & business success; but also in the way they show up at home & in relationships.

Some of whom, came from a 9-5 job to then running their own financial services business & grew teams. I seen my teams walk stages for awards of recognition but in personal sales & leadership positions. Some of my team went from being in hardship themselves to creating a multi 6 figure business in less that 2 years.
